Genesis 3:19

In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

1. Adam and his posterity would have to work up a sweat in order to obtain their food.
2. Adam's body was created from the elements of the earth.
3. Adam would eventually die and his body would decompose back to its original elements.
4. Bread has been around at least since the time Adam lived in the garden of Eden.
