Genesis 7:6

And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.

1. Noah celebrated his 600th birthday aboard the ark during the flood (I don't know if they had any sort of birthday celebration then, but Noah and the other early patriarchs obviously kept track of how old they were.)
2. The flood happened.
