Genesis 6:20

Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive.

1. Included in the animals Noah was to bring into the ark were birds of all kinds, cattle of all kinds, and everything that creeps on the earth.
2. Part of Noah's job was to preserve the animal species during the flood.
