Genesis 6:1

And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

1. Something apparently happened when daughters were born - see next verse.
2. There's that use of the phrase, "And it came to pass", again.
3. There were apparently many more children than those mentioned by name.
